This Tenant Search will save you, time, money .... and a lot of hassle! Tenant Search C. C.'s vision is to maintain a platform to all Property Investors and Landlords to evaluate prospective tenants' credibility before conducting lease agreements.
What do we offer, and how does it work? Tenantsearch.co.za is a hosting site which offer access to a database of tenants that do not honor their contractual obligations. By registering you will obtain free access to the site, therefore no membership fee applicable.
Costs: Unsuccessful tenant search: R3.00 or 3 credits (tenant not in database) Successful tenant search: R10.00 or 10 credits (tenant in database)
How do I obtain credits? By adding a non-paying/problematic tenant to database, 10 credits will be credited to your account. (this offer will be applicable up to April 2004) Payment by credit card: R1.00 = 1 credit
